Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 24, 2026. This is a standalone notice provided under the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and similar state consumer-health-data laws (e.g., Nevada SB370, Connecticut). It supplements, and is separate from, our Privacy Policy.

What "consumer health data" we collect

Data that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status, including: body measurements (weight, height), nutrition and calorie/meal logs, workouts and activity, daily check-ins, sleep, soreness, mood, and any wellness inferences we derive from this data.

Where it comes from

Directly from you (onboarding and logging), and as generated by the Service (e.g., readiness or behavior-state inferences from your inputs).

Why we collect it & how we use it

To generate and adapt your rule-based plans, run the AI coach, show your progress, and keep you safe (e.g., readiness and safety screening). We do not use consumer health data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers ("processors") that operate the Service on our behalf under contract — categories: cloud hosting and database, payment processing, and the AI model providers that generate coach responses. The specific affiliates and processors with access are listed at our processor list (available on request at privacy@cluckcoach.app). We do not sell consumer health data and we do not share it with advertising or data-broker third parties.

Your consent

We ask for your separate, affirmative opt-in consent to collect consumer health data, and a separate consent before sharing it with any processor beyond what is strictly necessary to provide what you requested. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Your rights

You may (1) confirm whether we process your consumer health data and access it, (2) get a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared it, (3) withdraw consent, and (4) have it deleted. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@cluckcoach.app or use the in-app controls. We will respond within the timeframe required by law and you may appeal a denial.

No sale; no geofencing

We do not sell consumer health data (any sale would require your separate valid written authorization). We do not use geofences around health-care facilities to track you, collect consumer health data, or send health-related messages.
